Q. How fast will I get my order?

    A. Please allow a 5-7 business days for payment to show and order to be processed.

If out of stock or on order, your item will take 10-14days.

Please check with us first if wanting items in a hurry. 

Q. I am paying by cheque  how fast will I get my order?

    A. As soon as your cheque clears usually 5-7business days, then order will be processed and sent. 

Q. I am paying for my order with internet banking so how fast will I get my order?

    A. Internet banking usually shows within 2-3 working days then goods will be released.

   

Q. Do your prices include G.S.T or will that be added on when I checkout?

    A. prices are inclusive of G.S.T  so you know exactly what is the total.

Q. What payment options do you accept?

    A. We accept credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard.  Personal cheque which you can post to us.  Internet banking or manual deposit. paymate

Q. How do I pay with a cheque?

    A. email us at info@sugarbabes.co.nz  and we will provide you with a physical address to post cheque to.

Q. How do I pay via internet banking?

    A. Complete your shopping online, during the checkout process on the payment page select direct credit / internet banking as the payment option.  You will be given the total to pay and the bank account number to pay once you confirm the order.  You will also receive a confirmation email with the total and bank account details.

Q. If I pay via internet banking how do you match my payment to my order?

    A. If you can add your order number to the reference field that helps a lot.  If you can't don't worry about it we match the payment amount and date if there is any confusion we just send a quick email to check, if you like you can also email us to let us know you have made the payment which also will help.  Normally you don't need to do anything other than the transfer as it is very rare for us to receive orders for the same amount and of course if we do we normally expect to see two payments anyway.

  Q. Will you give out my phone number?

 

  A. No numbers will be given out, your privacy is important to us.
